<p>You may add an Extended Service Plan to your major appliance(s) anytime within the 365 days (or) 730 days of your product delivery date depending on the validity of the manufacturer's warranty. Extended Service Plans can be renewed up until the product is 10 years of age, subject to certain conditions.</p>

You will need the contract number, date of new ownership, new owner’s name, complete address, and telephone number. If you purchase a new product before your plan expires, you may receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining time left on your contract.</p>
